Artist account help
- Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page.
- Didn't get a verification email? Check spam, or ask us to resend it.
- Need to update your legal name, address, or notification preferences? Visit Account Settings.
Release uploads
- The release wizard walks through Release info, Tracks, Artwork, Credits, Rights, Distribution, Schedule, and Review.
- Audio masters should be WAV or FLAC — not MP3.
- A release can't be submitted until all required fields are complete and media has finished processing.
Media processing
- After uploading audio or video, it goes through automatic processing before it's ready to submit.
- If processing fails, you can usually just try uploading the file again.
Streaming
- Once a release is approved and published, it streams directly on Critical Digital.
- External DSP delivery (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) isn't connected yet — see the Distribution page for details.
Beta questions
- Critical Digital is currently in private beta.
